Our  recently built 3 BR / 2 ½ bath Townhome has all the comforts of home while being located near all of the many attractions Florida has to offer. This Townhome provides 1,376 sq. ft of living space and can accommodate up to eight guests

This spacious two-story 3 bedroom Townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Unit offers living/dining area and spacious bedrooms with private baths (roman tub in master). There is also a  patio area.
You will be required to pay a Resort fee of $10 per day at check-in; this allows the guest use of the Resort facilities e.g. the swimming pool complex, Gym, Beauty spa, etc
