Located on the Costa del Sol between the villages of Mijas and Benalmadena-Pueblo, this lovely villa is on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (300 meters away), and on a clear day, one can see Morocco. Within a 2-hour drive of the village are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Marbella is a 40 minute drive for superb golfing. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a development of other fine villas. A car is a must. While the house is close to the sea, it is also a very steep walk down to the beach, and driving is recommended. There are wonderful views from every room in the house. Around the house is a well-kept garden and swimming pool (open year around, but the normal swimming season is April to October).


Built in 1983, the villa has three bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms on three levels. Gr. fl.: one small double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds (best suited for children), bathroom (two sinks, tub/shower, bidet and toilet). 1st Fl.: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, dining table for 6 pax., living room with fireplace, guest bathroom. 2nd Fl.: Master bedroom with a large bathtub tub in center of room, two sinks, toilet and bidet in a small adjoining room. Other amenities include: Patio furniture (lounge chairs/table/sitting chairs), outdoor barbecue, telephone for incoming and local calls, TV, washing machine, gas burners on stove, weekly maid service. The gardener/pool man comes three times per week. The pool, while fenced, is not considered to be secure for small children. There is a hammock in the backyard, and also a clothes line to hang the wash. There is usually a nice breeze with the windows open. All the bedrooms have mosquito netting. The agent for the house lives near the villa, and is available for questions/help if needed. The nearest village of Benalmadena-Pueblo (small with a few good restaurants and grocery shops) is 2 miles away; the larger town of Mijas is about 5 miles away. Malaga is a 30-minute drive east; Malaga airport is also about a 30 minute drive. Within a 15-minute drive are tennis and golf clubs.
