The fully air-conditioned home is all on one level, has three bedrooms (one Queen, one Double and one Twin bedded) and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the Master Bedroom and offers direct access to the pool area.

A Queen size sofa bed is also available in the open plan lounge / dining area, allowing the home to accommodate up to eight people comfortably.

The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator / freezer and dishwasher.

Laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also available.

The screened pool area enjoys open views to Orange Groves to the rear of the home, and also accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio table and chairs.  Sun-loungers are also provided.

The garage is at your disposal for private parking.

Other facilities provided for your comfort include cable television in each room, DVD, telephone (free local calls), crockery, towels, linen and a lockable safe.

LOCATION

Conveniently located on Highway 27 (just 2 minutes from Interstate 4) in the picturesque sub-division of Santa Cruz in Davenport, Orlando.

The community enjoys an enviable location which is both secluded and tranquil, whilst still being close to all major Theme Parks and attractions.

Shops, supermarkets (24 hr Wal Mart - 5 minutes) and restaurants are all close-by and it is only a short ride to the bustling areas of Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, where there are many opportunities to purchase designer goods at heavily discounted prices.

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who enjoy a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.
