Situated on Nova Scotia's picturesque South Shore, this circa 1875 country home is located in the quaint Acadian village of Lower East Pubnico, 35-minutes from Yarmouth, the port of arrival of the Maine Ferry. An excellent base for exploring Southwestern Nova Scotia or simply relaxing in the yard on the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the seabreeze and sparkling harbour waters.
Overlooking Pubnico Harbour and Marina, this 3-bedroom house has 2-baths -- one on the main floor and one upstairs.
