Opened to the public in 1857, Temple Garden is one of the 24 public gardens created by the prefect Haussmann. This apartment is in the 3° arrondissement of Paris, in the historic Marais district, some hundred metres away from Centre National d'Art et de Culture G. Pompidou, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum and Place des Vosge with its square symmetry and its ground floor arcade. In this lively neighbourhood there are markets, bars, clubs, restaurants as well as boutiques and specialty stores.

The nearest metro station is Temple (line 11), but Republique Metro Station (line 3, 5, 8, 9, 11) is also very near, just 150 metres away.
This 30 square metres apartment is located on the third floor via elevator of a nice 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well the entrance to the apartment.
The apartment is southwest exposed. The walls are white painted and there is an ancient oak wooden floor almost everywhere except kitchenette and bathroom. The round dining table for 4 people is nicely located in front of a window looking at a calm internal court as well as Paris roofs. There are two single beds (90x180 cm.) that can be transformed in a double bed. A third people can sleep in a comfortable single sofa/convertible. The apartment provides a wide cupboard, a desk with its chair, some bookcases, and dressing room for clothes and luggage. Telephone, TV, iron and ironing board.

The kitchenette is fully equipped: four gas fires cook top, electric oven, dishwater, refrigerator/freezer, cooking utensils, various kitchen furniture, and dry-washing machine. The bathroom provides shower, lavabo, WC and bidet.
