**Spacious Accommodation - 2 Living/Dinning Areas **
Our villa offers well-planned spacious accommodation of over 2400sq.ft. Consisting of 2 double suites, the queen bedroom en-suite also doubles up as a pool bathroom. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom, this enables everyone to get ready in the morning with no queues, so you can get out earlier and avoid the queues at the attractions! A cot and highchair is available at no extra charge.

It is ideal for a couple of families; with one group able to enjoy a film in the family room others can have a quiet drink and a chat in the lounge or a game of pool in the games room.  

Entertainment:
The villa has 4 cable televisions, videos and DVD’s. Twin rooms have 19" Mickey TV & DVD/Video/Karaoke and Playstation2.  The music system will play cassettes, CD’s and radio. There is a range of books, games DVD's and videos for guests use.

If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone with FREE LOCAL/NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CALLS and Internet access.

You will find a pool table, air hockey & foosball table in our games room.

Eating & Living:
We have an informal eating area with a table and four chairs in the Nook area, overlooking the pool, there are also 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The formal dining room seats a further 6. If you want a quiet read or just to chat you will find the ambience of our lounge very comfortable and relaxing with views, through the patio doors, to the pool and deck.

The family room has a 3 seater double sofa bed should you need to accommodate 9/10 people.

The kitchen, as you would expect, is fully equipped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, and coffee machine. You will also find a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes drier, iron and ironing board.

** Your Own Luxury Pool**
You can enjoy it when you get up in the morning and when you return after a day's sightseeing. You can enjoy it last thing at night before you go to bed. The pool may not be the first thing you thought about when planning your Florida holiday, but we are sure that it will be one of the things you remember most.

Our screened pool is oversized (30 ft x 15 ft) and ranges from 3 ft deep at one end to 5 ft at the other. It is long enough for you to enjoy a quiet time at one end while the kids enjoy the pool toys at the other.

In February 2005, during the villas refurbishment, the pool furniture was renewed and extended to provide 2 dinning tables, 8 padded dinette chairs, 2 reclining chairs and ottomans, 2 sun loungers and a small drinks table. A great al-fresco experience - compare our range of pool furniture with other villas!

For relaxing evenings, chilling after a hectic day at the theme park, shopping or golf you will find plenty of wine glasses and openers. Don't forget to pick up the wine!

For your safety there is a range of plastic pool crockery and glasses and all doors leading to the pool area have an alarm.
