The property borders on the National Forestry Land where hiking trails lead up to the 2nd most powerful vortex in Sedona. We close to Oak Creek where there are grassy knolls and cascading water.

We are a short walk to world-class art galleries, unique gift shops and a fine array of dining. We have 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 private baths on opposite sides of the house for privacy.

We have a private deck with red rock views and a gas grill, romantic gas fireplace, country kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar and cathedral ceilings.

The cottage has all that you need with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens and many extras.

Flagstaff is a 30-minute drive away where there are Snow Sports including skiing and the Grand Canyon is a 2-hour drive.

Check-In, Check-Out:

Check-in Time: 11 am (The check-in can be much earlier. Please call the day of arrival to check on check-in time)
Check-out Time: 3 pm (The check-out can be later. This depends on if there are guests checking in)

Reservation Policies:

A 50% deposit is required for reservations. The remaining 50% deposit is due upon check-in. Once the deposit is received a confirmation along with a brochure and directions to the cottage will be mailed out.

Cancellation Policy:

A 30 Day Cancellation Notice is required to receive a full refund.

Smoking/Pet Policy:

Smoking is permitted on the outside deck only.

Sorry but pets are not allowed due to Guests who have allergies.
