Southwind contains 3,500 sq. ft. of interior space and 3,000 sq. ft. of exterior space. Four air-conditioned bedrooms and four baths can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people.

A large open-air terrace furnished for lounging and dining overlooks the 20x40 foot swimming pool and the ever-changing harbor view. The beautiful cruise ships, the sailboats and the seaplane provide continuous activity in the blue Caribbean below you.

The terrace connects the kitchen, outdoor dining and the living room, which is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The living room opens to a den that contains a cable TV and VCR. Two bedrooms and baths are on this level at opposite ends of the building for privacy.

The pool level contains one bedroom and bath and a large sitting room that opens onto the pool deck. This room is equipped with a wet bar, icemaker and cable TV/VCR.

The fourth bedroom and bath are located on the very private third level. Almost every room including the kitchen has harbor views.

Southwind, built in 1967, was completely modernized and redecorated in the latter part of the year 2000. The kitchen is completely new as are the baths.
