Our large 3 bedroom villa with private screened pool is available for rental all year round, the villa is fully air-conditioned & heated and very spacious sleeping 6 to 8 people comfortably. Facilities include 2 bathrooms, family room with Cable TV & VCR, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a formal dining & living area where there is a double sofa-bed if required. Appliances to service your laundry needs are included.

Our villa is located in the secure community of Chatham Park (Marker 13/14 Highway 192), we offer a children's play area, basketball & tennis courts, a communal pool in addition to the private pool at the villa.

Everything is on your door step if you stay in Chatham Park.  When you’ve finished with Disney, Universal, Islands of Adventure and Sea World, try shopping in Florida Mall or Belz on International Drive, or just chill in one of the numerous restaurants that are located close by.  Take an air boat ride on one of the numerous lakes, go fishing or play golf on the massive choice of courses from Crazy to Championship, take a ride down to the Rodeo, visit Old Town with its
Classic Car parade and other magical attractions, or speed down to Daytona to catch up on a bit of NASCAR racing.  They say the world is your oyster, and our villa can make that world closer for you.
