The "Sail Away" home is a classic Key West style villa. It is situated in the exclusive gated community of Old Pelican Bay on Florida's SW Gulf Coast - close to Golf Courses, Shopping and just over a mile drive from the Fort Myers Beaches. It is also only 5 minutes from the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. It has a private heated pool and spa which overlooks a beautiful wooded nature preserve. The unit also includes a boat slip if you are planning on bringing or renting a boat.

The house is spacious with vaulted ceilings and sleeps up to 10 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in one guest room, a queen bed in another guest room, 2 sets of bunk beds in the lower bedroom. There is also sleeper in the lower living room sectional. The upper level bedrooms have TVs/Cable. Both the upper and lower level living rooms have TVs, VCRs and Stereos with plenty of seating area for relaxing. The Kitchen is fitted with all the usual appliances including Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, etc. The Laundry area includes Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Board. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. The house also features central air conditioning/heating.

The pool area and balcony are fully screened and totally furnished - there is even a TV in the pool area for your enjoyment. A propane gas grill makes outdoor cooking easy and fun.
