Our villa has been furnished in traditional floridian elegance, is fully air conditioned, ceiling fans in every room, 2 master ensuite bedrooms, security safes fitted in both + a further 2 twin rooms which share the family bathroom, each bathroom has a hairdryer. We are a child friendly villa, we have included FREE of charge a cot/crib, stroller, highchair, lego, puzzles, games and books for your use during your stay in our villa. We are on the prestigious Oak Island Cove making us one of the closest to Walt Disney World,  as well as being near Disney we are also very close to all the shops and Restaurants on the 192 and all the attractions Orlando has to offer, and still being able to enjoy the peace and tranquility relaxing in/by the pool or in our jacuzzi/hot-tub!!!

Our villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Ideal for two families sharing (2 master bedrooms), one large family or for people who enjoy alot of space.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker,dish-washer, utensils and crockery making it home from home,there is a breakfast bar but if you would like to eat formally there is a dining table and chairs as well, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use + iron and ironing board.

In the lounge area we have a corner unit with a pull out bed, plus cable TV + video and also a PS1 console and games for you to enjoy during your stay.

We have a screened in 26x 13 pool with heating*. On the lanai is our Hot-tub/Spa, we have supplied plenty of deck furniture, a handrail has been fitted on the steps of the pool. There are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool area, one in the lounge the other from the 2nd master bedroom, both doors are alarmed for child safety. The front master bedroom also has cableTV. We supply all linen and towels for the bathroom and for your use around the pool.
