Our luxury villa which was completed in May 2002, is situated in the quiet Greater Homes development of ‘Orange Tree’. On the outskirts of Orlando (at the end of the 192), this location is close to all of Orlando’s major attractions, but still providing a peaceful location among the orange groves. Orange Tree is developed on land previously used for growing Oranges, of which still feature predominantly throughout the small estate.

The villa has four large beautifully furnished bedrooms (two with en-suite), three bathrooms, and with it’s own private pool / spa. Our air conditioned / centrally heated home is very spacious, and suitable for occupancy for up to ten people. The villa comes complete with all furnishings, linen, utensils, appliances and comforts to ensure that all of your party have a relaxing and pleasurable stay. Located on a corner lot, with Orange tree’s to the rear, and with the pool area enclosed by a wooden fence.

The villa comes complete with a full alarm system and safe for your added security and comfort.

One of the main attractions of the villa, is the large 26ft x 13 ft South facing swimming pool, which provides all day long sunshine, regardless of the time of year. The pool is enhanced by a spa, large pool deck and covered lanai which provides cool shade and escape from the sun. The pool area is screened with fencing to the rear and sides, with Orange tree’s directly to the rear. All doors giving access to the pool area from the villa are alarmed for added peace of mind. The pool and spa are fully lit and thermostatically controlled for all year round use (extra charge applied for pool heat). The pool area is also completely covered by a mesh enclosure which provides full protection against insects and keeps the pool area clean, but rest assured your sun tan will not be impaired by the screen !!

The patio furniture includes sun loungers, and a dining set under the lanai which makes for an enjoyable location to dine under in the evenings. A built in BBQ is located just outside the pool screen.
