Our brand new Luxury Home, completed December 2001, is situated within the exclusive gated community of Beachwalk Isles on Floridas Gulf Coast - close to Golf Courses and just 10 mins drive from Fort Myers Beaches and the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Our spacious house overlooks a lake and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one-ensuite), screened heated pool, Cable TV/VCR and Air Conditioning.

The house is light and spacious with vaulted ceilings. It is fully carpeted and tiled throughout. All rooms are Air conditioned (heating available for winter evenings) including bedrooms. There is plenty of seating for both dining and relaxation. All Furnishings are brand new and colour co-ordinated.

To the front of our house there is a large driveway with ample parking for 4 cars. At the rear there is a solar heated pool with large screened deck area and views overlooking the lake. There are plenty of sun loungers and a lanai with table and chairs.

In the Master bedroom, there is an en-suite shower and bath. There is also a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a double bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted closets. The family bathroom is situated next to bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 - see Floor Plan.

We have a large Kitchen with breakfast area and family room overlooking the pool area. There is also a seperate lounge and dining area. We have cable TV, VCR and a Telephone.

The Kitchen is fitted with all the usual appliances including Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hob and Oven etc. The Laundry area includes, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Board etc. All bed linen and towels are provided.
