The Margarita Villa is a ground level private home with private pool, just a two minute walk to Captiva's village center. The beach and bay are a minute or two walk from the house.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and the private den. All linens are included. Both bedrooms have cable remote SonyWegaTVs. There are three newly tiled, full baths.

The Margarita Villa was totally redone in 2003. All furnishings and accessories are brand new. The kitchen is also new with all appliances and accessories needed, and has a laundry room attached.

The living room has a Sony Wega cable TV and an Onkyo stereo with CD changer and Infinity floor speakers. A screened, fully furnished lanai is off the living room/dining room area, next to the pool deck. A Weber gas grill makes cooking at home easy.

The house is equipped with central a/c, and even a fax machine. Men's and ladies' 7-speed aluminum bikes, fishing equipment, and all beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided, along with a great beach cart.
