• Our bright, one bedroom condo is very roomy, comfortably furnished, well maintained and we give it our personal touch to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. You can comfortably sleep six. The bedroom with queen bed has private access to the bathroom. There is an alcove with two bunk beds, and the living room has a very comfortable queen-size pullout sofa. The living room has a television with a VCR, so bring your favorite movies.
• Full-sized kitchen with all appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. The dining area seats six. Our unit also has a telephone, central air conditioning, and cable/HBO.
• Balcony boasts two separate views of the ocean and the unit sits directly next to a beautiful pond with fountains with lots of afternoon sun.
• You have access to all resort amenities, which includes a new heated Lazy River, a water park, plunge pool, six swimming pools, both indoors and out (which is the largest on the beach), health spas, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis and shower. The resort also has lighted tennis courts, playground, basketball, bocce ball and volley ball courts, putting green and game rooms all within walking distance of our condo. Grills and tables are located by the playground. The resort also has scheduled activities for children.
• The resort has a cabana bar with live entertainment (in season), a poolside snack bar and a deli on premise. Our building is handicapped accessible with an entrance ramp, luggage carts and an elevator in the building. The laundry room is steps away.
• No hidden charges! All rates include all applicable taxes, linens, towels, parking pass and exit cleaning upon your departure. A $300 deposit is required within one week of reserving in order to confirm your reservation. All we need to start the process is a name, address, telephone number, email address and number of people in your party. We will then contact you with the details surrounding your rental agreement, deposit, security, etc. Special rates for multiple weeks or months.
