Our beautiful lakeside villa (completed March 2003) is situated in this secure gated community, which is quiet and relaxing, yet within easy reach of all the amenities central Florida has to offer.
Furnished and decorated to the highest standards, our luxurious villa has a spacious lounge with queen size sleeper sofa, 27" cable TV, DVD & VCR, dining area with extending table and chairs and patio doors leading onto the lanai and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience and also has a nook with table and chairs.
We have a utility closet with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and has patio doors to the lanai and pool, 25” cable TV and en-suite with large shower, large corner tub, twin washbasins and separate WC.
The second master has a queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have ample closets.
We have an extended deck area where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and the pool (30ft x 12ft) and spa, which look onto the lake with its sparkling fountains, give you the opportunity to relax and unwind while enjoying the natural beauty of your surroundings.
Our lanai has a dining table and chairs and there are also poolside sun loungers and reclining chairs.
