The villa offers a magnificent view and a fabulous private beach. The villa is located 3 klm away from the cosmopolitan town of Porto Heli - Peloponese (three hour driving distance from Athens), in front of the beautiful islands of Spetses and Hydra. The nearby town of Ermioni (20 minutes driving distance), Nafplion and Epidavros (ancient theatre) are near destinations for interesting sightseeing.

Private, two storey villa (200 sqm) built on a beach front estate (4000 sqm), comprising of : first floor with open kitchen, inner & outer dining area, living room with fire place, one double bedroom (with sea view veranda) and a wc/shower. Interior staircase to the second floor, comprising of : two twin bedrooms (possibility of adding an extra bed) with their own exterior door to spacious sea view verandas, double bedroom with an extra bed and panoramic sea view, and a wc/bathtub. The exterior comprises of spacious thatch verandas and a big garden (ideal for children). At the ground floor under the main house there is the garage and a guest room with double bed a small kitchen with refrigerator and a wc/shower.

Car rental is considered necessary. One can either rent a car from the Athens airport or it is possible to take the hydrofoil from Pieraus (port of Athens) to Porto Heli (there are many departures daily) and rent a car from Porto Heli to drive to the Villa.
