Our villa a fabulous 4 bedroom 3.5. Bathroom home is located on the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful and attractive conservation area with lakes and walking and cycling trails. Ideally positioned, Disney is just minutes away, shopping and excellent restaurants are even closer. The Gulf and Atlantic beaches are within easy reach and golfers will be spoilt for choice.

A Games Room has recently been added and we have installed a full size state of the art slate bed pool table, air hockey, table football and electronic darts.

The villa is spacious, air conditioned and beautifully furnished to an exacting specification. The private screened pool and spa enjoy a southerly aspect looking over the sparkling lake and ensure your relaxation in the sunshine at the end of a full and exciting day - great for al fresco dining. An extra bathroom has been added to the lanai area. The pool and spa can be heated on request. The spa will operate 24/7 as it runs on an independent timer.

The master ensuite bedroom (queen) has TV and DVD Player with great views over the pool and lake whilst the master bathroom has a corner tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. Two further bedrooms (one queen and one twin) share a connecting ensuite family bathroom whilst the fourth bedroom (twin) is adjacent to the third bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area.

The living areas have extensive seating with cable TV, DVD Player, hi-fi and PlayStation2. A selection of DVDs, playstation games and toys will keep the younger ones happy when not in the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and ice maker. Washing, dryer and ironing facilities are found in the laundry room.

We have upgraded the telephone service so that local, national and most international telephone calls are free of charge.
