*POOL AREA -Soak-up the Florida sun in our South facing pool area. The pool is oversized at 30x15ft & spa. Relax on LUXURY patio furniture with the beach towels provided. Stay cool in the 13.4 x 14 ft Lanai with a ceiling fan and light.
There is a child fence across the pool area, easily removed if required. There are locks on each of the french doors leading to the pool area out of the reach of small children.
